How soon must I cancel my appointment?


You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?


For regular cleaning we provide all the cleaning supplies and materials, but would normally ask to use your vacuum / mop as we try to walk/cycle/use public transport where possible. For end of tenancy and deep cleans we come equipped with our own equipment!




Do you clean windows?


We can clean the interor of windows during our usual services, however we can't offer external cleaning at the moment,




None of your packages are suitable for my needs, do you offer other services?


Absolutely. We like to keep things simple so we offer off-the-shelf packages for the most popular services, however if you have special requests or a larger house then please contact us on greencleanbrighton@gmail.com or call 07425562693 and we can arrange a quote.




Are your products safe for pets?


Yes, the majority of our products are completely non-toxic to pets, although we do sometimes use essential oils in our cleaning so do let us know if you have any little paws running around so that we can make changes where needed!




Do you clean carpets?


Yes, we can offer specific stain removal as well as full carpet cleans. Please contact us for more details on these services.




Do you include oven and fridge in the end of tenancy clean?


Yes! All of our end of tenancy cleans include both the oven and fridge/freezer as part of the price!




How quickly can you get to me?


We'll always try our best to get to you when you need us, if you need a last minute clean, send us a message on our chat box and somebody will be with you ASAP.




I've never had a cleaner before, how does it work?


You can book one of our pre-made packages, pay and book online, or if you're not sure and need a bit of help, fill out our quote form and we can get back to you by phone, email or text - whichever you'd prefer. You can also send us a message using our chat box (tap the blue dot in the lower left corner on mobile!) and we'll be more than happy to have a chat about your needs.
